My name is Josh Darling, I am a the producer of a picture called “My Beautiful Dead Girl” in 3 weeks time I'll be doing auditions for the movie, it will be feature length.

What the film is about:

“My Beautiful Dead Girl” is a dark horror comedy about a young couple that has one dividing problem, she is a drug addict and he is not. Eventually she overdoses and dies, yet when she is mysteriously resurrected she is no longer addicted to drugs but to human flesh. The reason why I wanted to make this film is not so much to paint the horrors of addiction for junkies (they have tons of movies to tell them how bad drugs are “Train Spotting,” “Requiem for a Dream,” “Less Than Zero,” etc…) but I felt there are no films out there for the people that love junkies and have to put up with all the lies and deceit that comes with loving a junky. There are no movies that really expresses how loving a person who has their heart set on self destruction will eventually drag everyone down with them and sometimes you have to save yourself before it’s too late.
